Fervenza Casa Grande & Restaurante is an old Galician farmhouse founded in the seventeenth century, former home of the miller. The Casa Grande, located at the foot of the River Miño and a large native Galician forest, was awarded in 2007 with the National Forest of the Year Award for the defense and conservation of the majestic forest that surrounds it.
The old 'palleira' hosts today the restaurant Fervenza, where you can taste our Galician cuisine renewed, accompanied by a select list of Galician wines by author. In the old oven that the 'muiñeiro' used to bake bread, we cooked specialties such as the authentic Vilalba capon, the suckling lamb or the "porco celta"; an innovative fusion of the modern kitchen in low temperature and the ancestral good work of the old wood oven (previous request, in a wood oven, daily, in a professional oven).
