Expect a tradition of exceptional service and uncompromising hospitality in one of our 523 spacious guestrooms including 8 suites. All oceanfront rooms feature large terraces overlooking the ocean. This is a 100% Non-Smoking property.
Personal coolers are not permitted in the resort. Coolers tend to drip or leak. For your convenience the resort has equipped each guest room with a refrigerator for use.
Resort Fee: There is a $25.00 + tax (total $28.50), per room, per night Resort Fee due at check in. This fee includes: Access to fitness center (select fitness classes including Zumba, Beach Yoga & Bootcamp), wireless Internet, in room safe, local calls to the Miami area, pool towels, lounge chairs, two beach chairs and towels.
At the time of check-in, hotel requires a credit card deposit of $50 per day for incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Also for any guests that do not have a credit card, there will be a minimum security cash deposit to be held on file of $400.00 USD.
Parking: Self-Parking is $30.00 per night, VIP Valet Parking is $55 overnight (limited availability). There is also hourly self-parking, details at the property. All parking with unlimited in and out privileges.
Package Storage: Fees for packages are $7.50. After 1 week, will begin adding $1/day to store the package. After 14 days, the package will be returned. The most a package can be held is 14 days in which case, the guest will pay $14.50 ($7.50 initially and then $1 each day for 7 extra days= $14.50). If the package is over 40 lbs, we will charge $40 for handling.
