About Heritage Lodge

Located in the heart of the Daintree Rainforest, Heritage Lodge offers air-conditioned cabins with private balcony and outdoor seating. Guests at Heritage Lodge in the Daintree' can swim with jungle perch and turtles in the crystal clear waters of Cooper Creek, located on site. The property is 11 minutes' drive from Daintree Discovery Center and 10 minutes' drive from Floravilla Ice Cream Factory. It is 22 minutes' drive from Cape Tribulation fruit farm. Overlooking Cooper Creek and the lodge swimming pool, On The Turps offers modern Australian cuisine using local produce. Each cabin includes a TV, DVD player and fan. Table and chairs are provided on the private balconies for spotting birds, butterflies and musky rat kangaroos. Heritage Lodge is located only 9.3 mi north of the Daintree River Ferry Crossing. Port Douglas is a 1-hour drive away. A private airport transfer can be arranged for guests at an additional charge.
