This luxury hotel is set in an ancient watchtower close to the beautiful coast of Puglia. Surrounded by olive groves, it is 1.9 mi from the Savelletri exit of the SS16 national road. Dishes are prepared using vegetables and fruit from the hotel’s own organic farm and the finest meat, fish and cheese from local businesses.
