About Port Albert Inn and Cottages

This quaint inn was built in the 1840s. The inn is located next to the waterfalls and a 5 to 10 minutes’ walk from the shores of Lake Huron. Rooms are equipped with private bathrooms include toiletries at the Port Albert Inn. The rooms also offer satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Self serve coffee and tea is available 24 hours a day in the main floor lounge. Each morning guests are served a free self-serve continental style breakfast which includes coffee, tea, juice, pastry, yogurt, and fruit. A hearty home-cooked breakfast consisting of bacon and eggs, French toast, omelet, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice is available upon request for an additional charge of $15 per plate. There is a wood burning fireplace in the common lounge area, There is communal kitchen facilities and out door grill. The inn also has a hot tub and a sun terrace. The Port Albert Inn is mid-way between Detroit and Toronto, which offer entrainment, dining and shopping.
