About Straand Hotel

This 5th generation family-run hotel dates back to 1864. Located by Lake Nisser in Vrådal, it offers vintage boat cruises and free access to a sauna and indoor pool. All rooms at Straand Hotel feature traditional décor, a TV and private bathrooms. Free WiFi is available throughout the building. The restaurant serves either a buffet or a set 3-course menu, upon the chef's choice of the day. Guests can also enjoy sandwiches and small dishes at the reception lounge. The bar offers refreshments and has live music 6 nights per week. Surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Telemark region, hiking and skiing are popular in the area.
