For reservations for less than 6 nights, a one time cleaning fee applies. The cleaning fee varies based on size of home: 2 and 3 bedroom $70, 4 Bedroom $85 and 5 Bedroom is $105.
A Security Deposit or Property Protection Fee of $65 is mandatory. This fee protects the guest of accidental damage up to $500 in the home. Mandatory Fee. Property Protection does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning, and unintentional/incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased or any damage. You must have a valid credit card on file. The guest hereby authorizes Starmark Vacation Rentals to charge guest credit card for any intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning charges, unintentional and incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased.
Express Check-in instructions: Once you have received your confirmation from getaroom.com, you must contact Starmark Vacation Rentals at least 1 week prior to arrival and no later than 72 hours during business hours 8AM-5PM EST to register and pay for extras (cleaning fee and property protection fee). Once registered Starmark will send check in instructions and address of home via email. Guests go directly to the property where a lock box is used to retrieve the key.
