Telemark Townhomes are 1 block from Main Street in downtown Winter Park and are newly constructed townhomes that offer spacious floor plans and great amenities. These units will offer hardwood floors and slate tile mud rooms with access to a 1 car garage. The open floor plan on the main level has the gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and full dining area. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen HDTVs, DVD players and access to a large deck with BBQ grill and mountain views. There is also a washer/dyer on this level. The master bedroom and bath are on the 3rd floor with small working in den. The other bedrooms will either be on the main level or basement level of the townhome. All units will also have a private patio with outdoor hot tub.
