Cancellations Policy: Cancellations made within (24) twenty-four hours of your check-in time. Otherwise, the card on file will be charged (1) one full night's stay plus applicable taxes. Early departures made after (1) one hour of check-in will be charged (1) one full night's stay plus taxes.
Deposit: At check-in, a $50 authorization will be placed on the card you provide. The hold can take up to (10) ten business days to be returned after check-out. Once the room is inspected after check-out, The Forum will determine if an incidental fee should be assessed. If the room has been returned to its original condition, the authorization will not go through as a sale.
