Throughout the hotel menus, you will notice a signature chili salt developed by our chefs to utilize unique onsite ingredients including roses, rosemary and chilies. Our estate stables are home to fulltime food waste managers- pigs and chickens- who provide end-to-end waste reduction for the estate.
