Located in Wooli in New South Wales, Wooli River Lodges is just 48 mi from Woolgoolga and 22 mi from Grafton. It is located about 2/3 of the way between Sydney and Brisbane (being closer to Brisbane). Of the 10 accommodations units, nine are cabins, one is a full house. All cabins are air-conditioned and include a bathroom, kitchenette, and combined dining/living area. Three cabins include two bathrooms and two bedrooms. All linen is provided as are basic toiletries and tea/coffee. A range of activities are offered in the area including fishing, canoeing, bushwalking, swimming, surfing. The nearest major airport is Coffs Harbor Airport, 65 mi away.
The Big House was built in 2016 and is modern and very comfortable. With four bedrooms, including one downstairs, it comfortably sleeps nine people. This double story house is perfect for large families, two families splitting the cost or friends. Loads of room with a full-size kitchen, big fridge and upstairs and downstairs toilets and bathrooms. There is a 70” wall mounted TV (they can’t be too big, can they?) in the lounge. The house is the furthest from the river (57 steps if your legs are as long as mine) however guests staying in the house have access to the rest of our facilities, including the pool, large BBQ area and free canoes and paddleboards.
